We will send a joint census to the records department through the sub-divisional officer and land acquisition officer in connection with the land acquisition proposal. Also, joint survey of land will be done by appointing joint survey consultant. The joint survey report in the prescribed form prepared by joint survey of land will be submitted to the Sub-Divisional Officer by the Land Records Department.
