We will send a joint census to the records department through the sub-divisional officer and land acquisition officer in connection with the land acquisition proposal. Also, joint survey of land will be done by appointing joint survey consultant. The joint survey report in the prescribed form prepared by joint survey of land will be submitted to the Sub-Divisional Officer by the Land Records Department.

All the revenue records (7/12, mutation records, map etc.) required by us for preparation of legal research report will be obtained from the tehsil office and submitted to the lawyer on the pane.
